hi there,
i’m ana :)
the twilight librarium houses my blog, reading list and thoughts, recipes, and anything else i have a fleeting desire to share T_T
thank you for stopping by, i’m so happy to have you here!
I don’t know why I use so many bee analogies when I’m so allergic to honey. Maybe I’m trying to pseudoscience my allergy away.
I never know how to start these. I end up self-scrutinizing more than I write :3 but I’ve always loved ‘a day in the life of’ style posts so I wanted to try my hand at my own!
Imagine you’re me, you get up and go to work, click clack at your desk, join a meeting, get up to use the bathroom, you go to wash your hands and only after lathering the soap into your palms do you realize that there’s a honeycomb printed on the new soap bottle. You’re (I’m) allergic to honey…..

I read Caught Up as my first book for February. I was given this copy by a friend, with the idea that I’d read it first, and he’d read it after me, making it our February buddy read. UNFORTUNATELY I went into it blind, and didn’t so much as read the blurb provided on the back. My mistake. Had I taken the time to read the more palatable, but still poorly written blurb, I would have at least had warning that I wasn’t here for the prose, but for the sex.
I thought it would be fun to compile a list of all the books I read last year for you, with a line or two about why I liked each one. Some of these I’ve written more extensively about, and others I’m considering diving deeper into. For now, I hope my short musings are insightful, and maybe encourage you to check some of these wonderful titles out :)
